"It has been years since I was so impressed with service that I wrote a letter. Well here is one now.
At the end of last year I found 'The Mower Shop' on the internet and bookmarked the site for this year. Yesterday I called and ordered some
blades and belts for my Grasshopper Mower. When I got home today a package was waiting on the front porch. I thought it was my wife's package until I saw Grasshopper

"I think the service is great. If I can't find the part I need for my Grasshopper on the site, I just call and they get me what I need, and very quick.
I haven't had to wait more than a week on any order I placed. I have 3 Grasshopper 725s I got from other facilities on base and I had to do many repairs. These guys were awesome in
getting me set up. If I had any requests, it would be to have a price for a complete dozer blade or snow thrower instead of trying to price out each part."

The Mower Shop responds: Many thanks for the good words, Darren. As for your request: unfortunately we are
not allowed to sell, through the internet, any Grasshopper equipment which carries a serial number (for example, a complete snow thrower or a complete dozer blade assembly). To do so
would be impinging on the territories of other Grasshopper dealers. That is why we don't post prices for most complete accessory assemblies, only for the individual parts. Complete units must be
purchased at your local Grasshopper® dealer.

Several weeks ago, I brought in my Honda self-propelled mower for service. It had several problems, including the fact that it would not start. After about a week you called, told me it was ready,
and I picked it up.
It sat in my garage 'til yesterday when I went out to mow. On the first pull of the cord the engine started right up. It hummed like an expensive racing car and did everything it
was supposed to do and did it well. That mower did not run that well even when it was new, leading me to wonder if it really was new when I bought it (from another dealer).
